You might be surprised by the claim that you can be forgiven for *everything* you have ever done. That\u2019s right, 100%, guaranteed, no matter what<\/span> you have done!<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n

You may have been told there is a long list of things you must do (and and even longer list of things you must not<\/em> do) to be forgiven, but this is not true\u2026<\/p>\n

These rules and regulations are man-made and form the basis of almost all religions, spread by well meaning, but deceived people. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Religious Rules:
Keep the 10 Commandments 1<\/a><\/sup>(CCC2036, CCC 2070) <\/span>\u00a0
Get Baptised 2<\/a><\/sup>(CCC 1257)<\/span>\u00a0
Confess your sins to a priest 3<\/a><\/sup>CCC 1129 <\/span>\u00a0
Do Penance 4<\/a><\/sup>(CCC 980) <\/span>\u00a0
Go to Church \/ Mass 5<\/a><\/sup>(CCC 846)<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Even if you have tried your best<\/em> to do\u00a0these things, you have probably realised that it is impossible –\u00a0<\/em>because you fail\u2026a lot!<\/p>\n

And everyone is in the same boat: even those people you think are \u2018good\u2019 or \u2018holy\u2019, they are not\u2026*everyone*<\/em> has sinned. 6<\/a><\/sup>Romans 3:23 (NLT)<\/strong> For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God\u2019s glorious standard.<\/em>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

That leaves everyone – all of us – under God\u2019s wrath & judgement. You will<\/em> receive what you have earned\u2026DEATH. That\u2019s right – God calls death our \u2018wages’ that we have earned by sinning. \u00a07<\/a><\/sup>Romans 6:23 (NLT)<\/strong> For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.<\/em> <\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cPLEASE don\u2019t stop reading here. There is something you can do and it doesn\u2019t involve the normal religious answers\u2026\u201d\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Most people view forgiveness as a balance, like a set of scales.<\/p>\n

On one side they (you) put your bad deeds, your slip ups: your sin (Lies, Stealing, Lust, Idolatry, Dishonouring parents, Failing to love God)\u2026\u00a0<\/p>\n

On the other side, you put all the things that you have done that you see as \u2018good’. You likely try to do good things and add them to your \u2018good pile\u2019 – believing that your good outweighs the bad – hoping<\/em> that God will be happy with your efforts. Helping people, giving money to the church \/ charity, repeating prayers\u2026\u00a0<\/p>\n

\"Guilty<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, God says that even the best<\/em> of your \u2018good\u2019 deeds are filthy and dirty, unable to outweigh any<\/em> bad at all. 8<\/a><\/sup>Isaiah 64:6 (NLT)<\/strong> \u2028We are all infected and impure with sin.\u2028 When we display our righteous deeds, \u2028they are nothing but filthy rags. \u2028Like autumn leaves, we wither and fall,\u2028 and our sins sweep us away like the wind.<\/em> <\/span> \u00a0The truth is, all your deeds, all your thoughts are all on the one side<\/em>. They all<\/em> count against<\/span> you – even the ones you thought were good – let alone the ones you know are bad!<\/em><\/p>\n

God is so incredibly perfect and holy, so immeasurably righteous, that anything<\/em> else compared to Him, is like literal dung. 9<\/a><\/sup>Revelation 4:8 (NLT)<\/strong> Each of these living beings had six wings, and their wings were covered all over with eyes, inside and out. Day after day and night after night they keep on saying,<\/em>
\u201cHoly, holy, holy is the Lord God, the Almighty\u2014<\/em>
the one who always was, who is, and who is still to come.\u201d<\/em> <\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sin is incredibly serious and counts against you – it rests on you now 10<\/a><\/sup>John 3:36 (NLT)<\/strong> And anyone who believes in God\u2019s Son has eternal life. Anyone who doesn\u2019t obey the Son will never experience eternal life but remains under God\u2019s angry judgment.\u201d<\/em> <\/span> , and will count against you on Judgment Day, causing you to be sent to hell. 11<\/a><\/sup>Revelation 21:8 (NLT)<\/strong> But cowards, unbelievers, the corrupt, murderers, the immoral, those who practice witchcraft, idol worshipers, and all liars\u2014their fate is in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.\u201d<\/em> <\/span> . There is only One way to deal with sin: Jesus Christ, but not<\/strong><\/span> the religion you have been taught.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cYou can enter God\u2019s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way. 14 But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/i>Matthew 7:13-14 (NLT)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

It is not your being \u2018good\u2019 or your observance of any rules or traditions or being part of any religion (or anything else) that saves\u2026\u00a0<\/p>\n

There is nothing<\/em> we can do to earn or add to salvation – it is not reliant upon you being good, confessing sin to a priest or reciting prayers. 12<\/a><\/sup>Ephesians 2:8-10 (NLT)<\/strong> God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can\u2019t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. 9 Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. 10 For we are God\u2019s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.<\/em> <\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

\"Rosary<\/p>\n

It relies solely on One: putting your trust in what Jesus Christ has already\u00a0<\/em>accomplished on the cross. This once-for-all-time event paid the penalty for all<\/em> of your sin. Paid. In. Full. 13<\/a><\/sup> Romans 3:25\u00a0(NLT)<\/strong> For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin. People are made right with God when they believe that Jesus sacrificed his life, shedding his blood<\/em>. <\/span> 14<\/a><\/sup>John 19:30 (NLT)<\/strong> When Jesus had tasted it, he said, \u201cIt is finished!\u201d Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.<\/em>\u00a0

\n\u201cIt is finished\u201d means your sin, my sin, it is all PAID IN FULL by Jesus\u2019 blood!<\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n

All you need to do is to let go of your life, your religion, your trust in yourself or your \u2018good\u2019 deeds, turn away from your sin and put your trust in Jesus. This trust will enable your (spiritual) eyes to be opened – you will see things differently and experience true salvation. True forgiveness. Complete and finished.\u00a0<\/p>\n

As you follow Him, you will get to know Him in a new and personal way. He will walk with you, guide you and even change your desires so you no longer want<\/em> to sin! 15<\/a><\/sup>Philippians 2:13 (NLT)<\/strong> For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him.<\/em>

\nRomans 2:29 (NLT)<\/strong> No, a true Jew is one whose heart is right with God. And true circumcision is not merely obeying the letter of the law; rather, it is a change of heart produced by the Spirit. And a person with a changed heart seeks praise from God, not from people.<\/em> <\/span> how good is that! If you\u2019re like me, you know what a big deal this is!\u00a0<\/p>\n

God promises to change you and He promises to forgive you – completely! He says He separates you from your sin as far as the East is from the West! 16<\/a><\/sup> Psalms 103:12 (NLT)<\/strong> He has removed our sins as far from us<\/em>
as the east is from the west.<\/em> <\/span> and you can\u2019t get further than that!<\/p>\n

Something else of incredible power: He adopts you as His very own son \/ daughter! 17<\/a><\/sup> Romans 8:15-16 (NLT)<\/strong> So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God\u2019s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him, \u201cAbba, Father.\u201d 16 For his Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God\u2019s children.<\/em><\/span>!\u00a0<\/p>\n

That\u2019s right – the perfect, powerful and all-knowing Creator, welcomes us into His very family with arms wide open! Not based on us in any way, but on His love and the perfection of His Son\u2019s sacrifice! Now THAT IS GOOD NEWS!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

We pray that you would take this Good News<\/em> to everyone you know – even the misguided people who taught you the wrong thing about God. Always follow Jesus – He will never let you down!<\/p>\n

Please forgive me, not because I am good, not because I have done good things or earned anything, but because Your Son Jesus died on the cross to pay my debt. PPS: Saying a rote prayer or ‘pretending’ to turn to Jesus \/ away from sin is just hypocrisy. Empty religion can not save – only the certain judgment of God can be expected.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And when he [the Holy Spirit] comes, he will convict the world of its sin, and of God\u2019s righteousness, and of the coming judgment. 9 The world\u2019s sin is that it refuses to believe in me.\u00a0<\/i>John 16:8-9 (NLT)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
